About The Melt

We’re Greg and Angeline Underwood, high school sweethearts, Poky natives, dream chasers, and serious foodies. Cooking has and always will be an important part of our lives, and meals made by grandmothers, mothers, aunts, fathers, brothers, and godfathers flooded our childhood and helped to shape our understanding, love, and respect for fresh, homemade food. We pride ourselves on bringing you made-from-scratch items such as chorizo sausage, Italian sausage, macaroni and cheese, hand-rolled ravioli, chowders, and so much more. Good food should take time, effort, and love, and we strive to incorporate all three into every menu item. When we aren’t prepping house-made ingredients or serving on the truck, we’re at home crafting new recipes; working hard to make sure that your meal is original, delicious, and memorable. Sharing a meal with family and friends can be one of the most communal and binding experiences of our lives. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of yours.
